Natalia Venditto

Natalia Venditto is a software architect, Principal Engineer, and international speaker with 20 years in full-stack engineering, cloud platforms, and developer tooling.

She previously led developer tools for JavaScript across GitHub, VS Code, and Azure at Microsoft; today, she is building the next generation of agentic CMS and the ecosystem around it at Adobe. Natalia is also a core contributor to Web Fragments, a Node.js contributor, an OpenJS Foundation CPC member, and has spent the last several years building production AI, RAG, and agent-based systems. She is known for turning complex technical problems into practical systems, clear strategy, great developer tools, and the occasional well-timed reality check.
