Katie Phillips is a Marketing Technology leader with over 20 years of experience driving enterprise digital transformation. As Senior Product Manager of Content Management and Creative AI Tools at Best Buy, she oversees AEM content and asset management, creative AI tools, video DAM, and operational tools powering Best Buy’s marketing and Retail Media Network.

Katie has deep AEM expertise built across a range of roles — including nearly a decade of independent consulting work under KatieGPhillips Consulting Co. and serving as Digital Integrations Manager at Accenture Song. Her earlier career at Target spanned supply chain technology and organizational change management, including helping launch Target Canada and co-authoring a patent for promotional inventory logic that drove $46.2M in incremental sales.

Known as a connector, clear communicator, and holistic thinker, Katie excels at turning complex technology challenges into strategic business outcomes. She holds a BBA in Marketing and International Business from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and is based in Minneapolis–St. Paul.
