Jack is a Senior Adobe Architect with 20 years of hands-on Content Management experience and 13 years specializing in the Adobe Experience Cloud. Jack has led large-scale AEM and Edge Delivery Services implementations across finance, retail, and logistics, architecting complex multi-system solutions integrating commerce, portals, and enterprise APIs. Previously winner of AEM Rockstar 20.

Over the past two years, Jack has become AI-native in his practice - embedding AI-accelerated development into client delivery, serving as an internal Accenture AI builder and panelist, and speaking at multiple AI conferences on agentic engineering and Adobe-AI integration.
