I'm a Solution Consultant at diva-e, helping organisations get more out of their Adobe Experience Cloud investments — primarily across Workfront, Fusion, AEP, and AI-powered personalisation. I work with enterprise clients across EMEA, sitting at the intersection of the technical and the strategic — turning what the platform can do into something the business can actually use and sustain.

Over the last six years I've worked through some genuinely messy challenges — the kind where the technology is sound but value keeps slipping through the cracks between go-live and real adoption. That gap is what my talk is built around — why AI personalisation initiatives stall after launch, and what a more practical approach to rescuing them looks like, anchored in a real project with real stakes.

Outside of work, road cycling and the gym keep me grounded. Consistency beats intensity every time — and that holds true in client work just as much as in training.
