Dominik Steinacher

Dominik Steinacher is Senior Manager of Transformational Growth & Strategy at Adobe, working within AEM Engineering, where he drives AI enablement and adoption across the organization.

He's a core member of Adobe's AIA Builders team and founded the AI Community of Communities, which has grown to over 1,600 members, driving AI adoption across Adobe.

Outside of Adobe, Dominik is a CrossFit coach at GO PURE and a former Swiss Pole Vault Champion (1996) — proof that pushing past limits is a lifelong habit.
