Benjamin Habegger

Benjamin Habegger is a Senior Software Engineer on Adobe's AEM Foundation indexing team, where he works on the search and indexing infrastructure underlying Adobe Experience Manager.

His current focus includes upgrading AEM's Lucene-based indexing core, improving the cost and performance of Jackrabbit Oak at scale, and evolving the site search stack — including Elasticsearch provisioning and operations — across large enterprise deployments.

Benjamin has over 25 years of experience in software engineering and search technologies, combining hands-on production work with longer-term architecture and platform improvements.
