Develop Faster with AEM AI Tooling

Developers want to ship faster across AEM Cloud Service, AEM 6.5 LTS, and Cloud Manager — and this session shows how to put AEM’s new AI tooling, including the Experience Development Agent, to work in that reality.

We’ll walk through end-to-end flows where the Development Agent, invoked directly from Cloud Manager and Experience Hub, inspects failing CI/CD pipelines, helps triage pipeline issues, interprets build logs, and suggests code-level fixes that you can review and commit.

You’ll also see how these capabilities come together with emerging AEM AI developer tooling — such as standardized project metadata, skills, and MCP-backed diagnostics — to give coding agents the context they need to safely refactor, troubleshoot, and optimize AEM projects and Dispatcher configurations.

Expect practical patterns, prompt strategies, and guardrails you can take back to your own pipelines, repos, and IDEs.

Is coworker free? Is it different from MCP?

Abhishek Garg

No, it is not free, you can say coworker is your harness and it usess different skill and mcp to achieve the goal.

Sometimes pipelines or RDEs get stuck for hours, and we need support intervention to restart them. Can cowork diagnose such issues and automatically restart the affected pipeline or RDE?

Abhishek Garg

Yes and no, coworker will be able to diagnose such issues, but it will not be able to restart the pipeline itself, user needs to approve the running of the pipeline. But, we have a coming feature in coworker - where we can crate templates and then using templates, create complex workflows and that workflow can automate all of this.

Quickstart local MCP - is it already available as partof AEMaaCS SDK?

Abhishek Garg

Yes, with latest aem sdk release, it became part of aem sdk now. And it can be used on 6.5 LTS too!!
