adaptTo() is powered by community, and your insights on AEM, Adobe Experience Cloud, or its open-source foundations are what make it exceptional.
As a speaker, only the first listed speaker receives free entry. For talks with multiple speakers, additional speakers get a discounted ticket rate (399€ incl. 19% VAT). All speakers receive an exclusive speaker shirt.
The Call for Papers is now closed. Thank you for submitting your ideas! We are currently reviewing all submissions and will provide feedback in May/June. The final agenda will be released in July.

Talk Submission Details
If you want to submit a talk, please send an email to [email protected] with the following details:
- Title of your talk
- Abstract/short summary
- Speaker name(s)
- Expected time frame (e.g. 30 or 45 minutes if you include demos)
- Style (e.g. front presentation)
- Material beside the slides (e.g. demo projects, code samples that should be made available to attendees)
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Technical talks related to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), the underlying OSS frameworks Apache Sling, Apache Jackrabbit Oak, Apache Felix, and Edge Delivery Services
- Integration with other solutions from the Adobe Experience Cloud
- Integrations with other products or open source projects
- Field reports and lessons learned from your real life projects
- Hands-on sessions covering specific parts of the Stack
- Your own extensions to AEM or Adobe Experience Cloud (they should be available as Open Source as well)
- Best practices (addressing topics like architecture, security, performance or testing)
Manuscript Details
- We will provide a standardized conference slidedeck (font sizes, colors etc.)
- To make your code samples available for download provide them together with the manuscript
- The content of a live demo should be summarized briefly
Important Dates
- Submission deadline: 28th April 2025
- Last opportunity to send in your submission to [email protected]
- Notification: May/June 2025
- Till this date we will decide which sessions can be part of this year's adaptTo() and get a feedback to you if we require some changes (e.g. when we identify overlap with other sessions)
- Final manuscript due: 25th August 2025
- Till this date we need the manuscript and corresponding material sent in for feedback and approval
