At adaptTo(), we are committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and harassment-free experience for everyone. By attending, you agree to uphold these values, and our team will enforce this code throughout the event. Let’s work together to ensure an inclusive and respectful environment for all.

Quick Summary

We do not tolerate harassment in any form. This includes verbal or physical behavior based on gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, or other personal attributes. Sexual language or imagery is strictly prohibited in all conference spaces, including talks, workshops, social events, and online channels. Violations may result in immediate expulsion without refund.

What’s Not Allowed?

• Offensive comments or actions based on personal attributes.
• Sexualized imagery, language, or environments.
• Intimidation, stalking, unwelcome attention, or disruptive behavior.

Sponsors and booth staff must also comply, avoiding inappropriate materials or attire.

What to Do If You Experience or Witness Harassment

If you are harassed or see someone being harassed, notify a staff member immediately. Conference staff will be wearing branded t-shirts and are here to help.

We can:

• Provide escorts or assistance.
• Contact hotel or venue security.
• Connect with local law enforcement if necessary.
