With this field report we provide insights on techniques and strategies Adobe Managed Services & Engineering used within the Beta project of Adobes most recent release of Adobe Experience Manager to identify project specific issues and bottlenecks during upgrades and how to eliminate and limit the impact on productive deployments in a collaboration with multiple very diverse customers during the beta.
Last but not least we will give a glimpse on the state of development and insights in our research on how the underlying mechanisms shared between the bottlenecks might be tackled in the future by architectural and operational changes.
