Migrating a Large AEM Project to TouchUI

We will talk about how Mercedes-Benz.io migrated their large AEM project, the foundation for all Mercedes-Benz websites, from Classic UI to Touch UI.

In the first part we will briefly outline the structural differences between the two UI frameworks and describe how we approach the overall migration process.

In the second and main part of the talk we will discuss design decisions, provide an overview of the best practices that were established throughout the project and review other key points that assured a successful transition to Touch UI.
